Judith Ann Brashear, 73, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016, at her home in Hamilton, OH.

Born April 22, 1943, in Knox County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Geneva Steele.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Victor; granddaughter, Katelyn Markham; sister, Gloria Walker; brother, Michael Steele; and sister, Deborah Hughes.
She leaves behind two daughters: Tammy Wischer and Sheri Markham; one son: Steven Brashear; five grandchildren: Audra, Lindsay, Allyson, Victoria, and Victor “Jude”; two great grandchildren: Brayden and Camden; sister, Ruby “Glenda” Moore; and special aunt/honorary sister: Patsy Messer, as well as other relatives and numerous friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral services were held Friday, October 28, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Darrell Warren officiating.

Burial followed in Brafford Cemetery.

Hart Funeral Home, located at 1011 Master Street in Corbin, is in charge of the arrangements.
