Knox County Schools closing for a month

Knox County Public Schools officials announced Thursday that schools will be closed for a month beginning Monday in response to the threat of the coronavirus

Officials stated that students would receive printed material when leaving school Friday to provide instruction during that period that will last until April 13.

Updates and information will be posted on the school systems website.

The school system’s spring break was scheduled to begin Monday.
