Kentucky State Police trooper based out of Post 11 in London died Monday morning after falling off the roof of a barn he was repairing.
Trooper Lloyd Cochran, public affairs officer at Post 11, said 24-year-old Mason A Flynn was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident in Pulaski County.
Flynn spent two years with the state police after graduating from the Kentucky State Police Academy in January 2015.
Upon graduation, Flynn was assigned to Post 9 in Pikeville. Flynn transferred to Post 11 in London in February.
