Lavenda “Mousie” (Good) Garrett

Lavenda “Mousie” (Good) Garrett, age 73, of Clairfield, Tennessee passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025, at her home. She was born November 2, 1951, in Valley Creek, Tennessee.
Mousie is preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Good; mother, Ida Mae (Hoover) Good Adkins; and sister, Linda Sue Cummins.
She is survived by husband, Benny Garrett; son, Lonnie Charles Garrett; daughters, Pam Garrett, and Wendy Garrett; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Bernard Good and wife Cecile; sister, Virginia “June” Rookard; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm Monday, May 12, at the Eagan Baptist Church with the funeral service starting at 2 pm with Rev. Kenneth Osborne officiating.
Burial will follow in the Clairfield Baptist Church Cemetery.
