A Corbin defense attorney found himself on the other side of the law early Saturday morning after being arrested for DUI.
Burley “B.J.” Foley, 34, is scheduled to be arraigned on June 12 in Laurel County District Court on charges of failure to or improper signal and first-offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
“I regret the incident and take full responsibility for my actions. I fully respect the law and will continue to do so moving forward,” Foley said in an e-mail response to the News Journal Tuesday morning.
