Lost ginseng hunters walk to safety

A pair of ginseng hunters, who became lost in the woods in eastern Whitley County Monday night, was able to walk to help Tuesday afternoon.

Whitley County Emergency Management Director Danny Moses said 37-year-old Adam Parks and his son, 12-year-old Michael Parks, had rode their ATV in the Gatliff community and begun their search for the plant.
