Man pulls up shirt to show books taped to his chest during Corbin City Commission meeting

You might be walking through a metal detector before you walk into Corbin City Commission meetings in the not too distant future following a speaker at Monday’s regular monthly meeting, who raised his shirt while he was speaking to show at least two books that he had taped around his chest.
