Corbin man indicted for murder in moped death of 10-year-old

The Whitley County Grand Jury indicted a Corbin man Monday for murder in connection with an Aug. 4 accident on I-75 that claimed the life of a 10-year-old girl, and indicted the girl’s mother for complicity because she allowed the girl to ride with someone, who was allegedly under the influence.
