Michael Lee Perkins, 40, of Norwood, OH passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018 in Norwood.
He was born August 21, 1977 in Oneida, TN.
Michael was preceded in death by grandparents: Lee and Juanita Sears, Charles Perkins; uncles, Larry Perkins, Warren Perkins, Billy Sears, David Sears.
He is survived by sons: Christopher Perkins, Cody Perkins, Brent Berry; daughter, Desiree Perkins, Hannah Laine Armstrong; grandson, Vincent Hatley; father, Herbert Perkins and wife Julie; mother, Patricia Thomas and husband Dave; brother, Jason Perkins and Kristy; sisters, Lisa Dial and husband James, Laura Queener, Missy Murray and Brad; stepbrother, Johnathon Blankenship; stepsisters, Tabitha Blankenship, Tara Blankenship; grandmother, June Owens Perkins; uncles and aunts, Roeland Perkins and wife Linda, Lester Perkins and Treica, Mae Muse, Vicki Woodward and husband Dean, Linda Perkins, Jerry Sears and wife Cherry, Karen Sears, Annette Sears, Debra Sears, Tonya Sears; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn his passing.
The funeral was held Saturday, February 24 at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Bolinger officiating.
Burial followed in the Warren Memorial Gardens (Pioneer, TN).
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico was in charge of arrangements.
