Motion to dismiss to be heard in triple murder case

A hearing has been scheduled for one of three Indianapolis men charged in connection with a 2017 Whitley County triple homicide to discuss several motions, one of which asks for the case against him to be dismissed due to an alleged violation of his constitutional rights.
