No indictment returned in porch shooting case

The Whitley County Grand Jury has opted not to indict a Williamsburg man in connection with a Jan. 12 shooting that took place at his Mt. Morgan home.

The grand jury issued its monthly report Monday and issued no true bill or no indictment against Christopher Creekmore in connection with a first-degree assault case.

Creekmore was never charged criminally in connection with the matter.
