Off-track Williamsburg Keeneland project now being designed

Now that the Kentucky General Assembly has resolved the legality of “historical wagering machines” at track facilities in the state, Williamsburg leaders say they are expecting to see designs in about two months for the proposed “historical wagering” facility that Keeneland plans to build off Penny Lane at Exit 11.
