Ohio brothers who fought with deputies, constable allegedly took PCP

Two Ohio brothers were arrested outside a north Corbin motel early Saturday morning following separate confrontations with Laurel County Sheriff’s deputies during which one allegedly kicked a constable, and the other allegedly bit a K-9 deputy.
