Teen charged with taking Corbin Parks and Recreation vehicles for joyrides

A 17-year-old is facing multiple charges for allegedly breaking into a building belonging to Corbin Parks and Recreation and taking a utility vehicle and later a department pickup truck for a joyride Sunday night.
