Operation Inasmuch returns to Williamsburg following pandemic hiatus

Hundreds flocked to the Cumberland Regional Mall on Saturday for Operation Inasmuch 2022, where a variety of giveaways were available. The event, which was headed up by the South Union-Mt. Zion Baptist Association, provided free food, clothes, books, hygiene supplies and other items to local residents. There was also a kid’s corner with face painting, games and inflatables. Other businesses and organizations whose efforts contributed to making the event possible include: Health Wagon, Cedar Ridge Ministries, AA Women’s Pregnancy Center, Compassion Ministries Food Distributor and Emergency Christian Ministries.
