Pat Lawson

Pat Lawson, age 68, of Williamsburg, KY passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021 at her home. She was born November 10, 1952 in Whitley County, KY to the late Leonard and Georgia Croley Dotson. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Starlin Lawson; and her son, Bill David Lawson. She was a member of Green Street Church of God since 1987.
She is survived by two daughters; Stephanie Sawyers (fiancé Jesse Scarborough) of Williamsburg, KY, and Michelle Loy of Lexington, KY; son, Christopher Sawyers of Williamsburg, KY; five grandchildren, Dakota David Loy (Sarah), Autumn Loy, Christopher Cole Sawyers (Thea), Chloe “Bella Lin” Sawyers, and Caige Sawyers, one great-granddaughter, Everleigh Ruth Loy; three brothers, Rick Croley (Eula) of Williamsburg, KY, Roger Dotson of Williamsburg, KY, and Randy Dotson (Pam) of Williamsburg, KY; several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, July 17, at Ellison Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Cooke and Rev. Rick Croley. Interment will be in Hamblin Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6:00 PM Friday, July 16, at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel.
