James Justin Hensley and Amy Lou Pearson were recently married in Gatlinburg Tenn. in November during an outdoor Fall ceremony.
Upon returning from their honeymoon in Savannah, a reception was held in their honor at the Merry Jefferies Center in Williamsburg, Ky.
The groom is the son of Wayne and Lee Powers Hensley of Williamsburg, Ky. He is a 2008 Honors graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. Mr. Hensley completed his internship at Saint Joseph East Hospital and at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Ky. He is currently employed by the Saint Joseph Health Care System.
The bride is the daughter of David and Joy Pearson of Berea, Ky. She is a 2008 Honors graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where she was recognized for scoring in the top 15 % among all who have taken the Praxis nationwide in English education. She is currently an English teacher at Clark County Middle County School.
The couple resides in Lexington, Ky.
