Scotty Lee Perkins, age 47, of Emlyn, Kentucky departed this life on May 16, 2022 at Tri-State Health and Rehabilitation Center in Harrogate, Tennessee.
He was born to Greg Perkins and Barbara Ann (Taylor) Moore on March 22, 1975 in Corbin, Kentucky.
He is survived by his four children, Autumn Perkins of Corbin, Kentucky, Destiny Perkins of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Karmen Perkins of Williamsburg, Kentucky, and Raven Perkins of Williamsburg, Kentucky; his mother and father, Barbara Ann Moore and Gary Perkins of Williamsburg, Kentucky; sister, Lisa Cafaro of Barbourville, Kentucky; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service was Thursday May 19, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel. He was laid to rest in the Davis Addition at Highland Park Cemetery following the service.
