Sepsis Awareness Month proclaimed in Corbin

Corbin Mayor Suzie Razmus recently signed a proclamation declaring the month of September as Sepsis Awareness Month in the City of Corbin.

Sepsis is the body’s life-threatening response to infection, which can lead to tissue damage, organ failure and death.

Joining Razmus were several Baptist Health Corbin staff members.
