Task force releases recommendations on inappropriate student-teacher relationships

In response to a request by Rep. Regina Bunch, R-Williamsburg, a state task force released a list of 10 recommendations Friday that are designed to combat inappropriate relationships between students and educators.

Prompted by concerns from Bunch last April, the Education Professionals Standards Board voted in June 2015 to create the Combating Inappropriate Student-Educator Relationships Task Force to review and make recommendations to combat inappropriate student-teacher relationships.
