The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced Monday afternoon that the planned bridge inspections on Interstate 75 in Whitley County have been postponed.
The inspections had been scheduled for Thursday.
Officials said the inspections would result in temporary lane closures.
No new date for the inspections of the bridges over the Cumberland River and Lynn Camp Creek have been announced.
