UPDATE: Deputies still trying to determine how woman thrown from moving truck got in the bed

A Woodbine man is facing one count of manslaughter in connection with a fatal crash in Laurel County Wednesday morning, and Laurel County Sheriff’s deputies are working to determine how the victim got into the bed of the pickup truck.
