Update: The Whitley County Sheriff’s Department announced at 3:30 p.m. on June 2 that the missing juvenile has been located.

The Whitley County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s assistance in an attempt to locate a missing teenager.

Joshua Johnson, 17, is from the Louden/Gatliff area. He was last seen on June 1 at 2:30 p.m. wearing blue jeans, a Bass Pro hat, and a dark colored, short sleeve shirt.

Anyone with any information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Whitley County E-911 Center’s non-emergency number at (606) 549-6017.
