Update: W’burg Resident Council theft discovered after account went into the red

A $25,000 cash bond has been set for a woman, who is accused of using a credit card or debit card connected to a resident’s group at the Williamsburg Housing Authority to allegedly make thousands of dollars in fraudulent purchases, according to her arrest warrant.
