Whitley Circuit Judge questioned by United States Senate in process to be named federal judge

Whitley Circuit Judge Dan Ballou’s nomination to become a United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky took a step forward last week as he and five other nominees for jobs in other jurisdictions underwent approximately two hours of questioning by members of the United States Senate.
