Whitley County employees get raise to offset loss of premium pay

Recent changes made to guidelines for emergency funding would have left those employed by Whitley County with a greatly-reduced paycheck later this week, though they should now be able to expect the same amount following a decision by the Whitley County Fiscal Court to provide raises to all county workers.
