Whitley County teen escapes state custody

A Whitley County teenager is one of two boys who escaped from the
Woodsbend Youth Development Center on Thursday.

Matthew Wren, 16, was last seen wearing navy short-sleeve T-shirts, navy
sweatshirts, khaki pants, white socks and black shoes.

Police say 16-year-old Charles Orr, of Grant County, also escaped.
Troopers say the public should not approach either boy.
