Willard R. Monhollen, 79, of Toledo, passed away Monday morning, July 30, 2018.

He was born January 16, 1939 to Luster and Laurie (Lee) Monhollen.

Willard was a glass cutter, having worked for 29 years for Toledo Plate and Window Glass, 15 years for Thermodyne, in maintenance, and 20 years as a roofer in various locations around the city. He was hard worker as well as a “Mr. Fix It”. He enjoyed hunting and old cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother; L.S. Monhollen; sister, Dora Eaton; and infant sister Edna Monhollen.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda Monhollen; children, Dwayne Monhollen, Tammy Stevens, and Shannon (Steven) Dunne; two brothers, Ellis (Bev) Monhollen and Carl (Barb) Monhollen; three sisters, Opal (Ernie) Bundy, Nadine Sollis, and Thelma (Arlie)Fuson; seven grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The funeral service was held Thursday, August 2, at David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St., Toledo.

Burial followed in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, in Toledo.
