Williamsburg woman arrested after four-year-old found in roadway

A Williamsburg woman remained incarcerated in the Whitley County Detention Center Tuesday following her arrest last Wednesday afternoon after her four-year-old son was found in the roadway after almost being struck by a vehicle, according to an arrest citation.
