2022 Hanging of the Green held Saturday in downtown Williamsburg

Several dozen people came out to the Green Space on Main in downtown Williamsburg for the second annual Hanging of the Green event on Saturday. Students from the Williamsburg High School Choir performed a number of Christmas carols followed by a reading of the Christmas story First Baptist Church of Williamsburg Pastor Jeremy Shannon. The event was wrapped up with a signing of “Christmas in a Smalltown” and the lighting of the park’s Christmas tree.
