Illinois man accused of exposing himself to pair of five year olds

Williamsburg police say an Illinois man allegedly exposed his genitals and masturbated in a public parking lot in Williamsburg Friday in front of two children less than 12 years old and one adult, according to a Williamsburg Police Department release and a court document.
