City Manager confirms 2026 plans to pave Main and Kentucky streets in downtown Corbin

Former News Journal Publisher Don Estep asked in a column a while back, “When is Kentucky Street ever going to be paved?”

We now have a tentative answer to that question along with the question of when will Main Street in downtown Corbin will be paved.
