Growing pains: W’burg City Council discusses rate increases to offset costs related to population growth

Williamsburg residents may soon be paying more for utilities, such as water, sewer and garbage service, as the city grapples with growing pains from an increasing number of people living there and at the University of the Cumberlands, which is also growing.
