Grand Jury indicts Hamblin for fleeing or evading police, DUI

The Whitley County Grand Jury indicted a Williamsburg man Monday for allegedly leading a Whitley County Sheriff’s Deputy on a vehicle pursuit while intoxicated last month, according to his indictment.
