A Corbin man was arrested last Thursday and charged with 1st degree sexual abuse after Corbin Police received a complaint from social services that he allegedly fondled a juvenile female.
According to the arrest citation, Donald Jason Rockey, 29, of Corbin was arrested and charged after social services filed a complaint that an under age female had been touched in the vaginal area by the him.
The citation also states that the victim said she was allegedly touched in her private area.
Police say that during an interview Rockey admitted to touching the victim’s pubic area with his index finger, but he was “trying to show the victim how to shave.”
Rockey was released on a $50,000 surety bond and is set to be arraigned on Dec. 30 in Whitley District Court in Williamsburg.
