Helen Moore, 69, of Corbin passed away Monday, May 23, 2016.
Funeral services were held Thursday, May 26, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton and Bro. Glen Wilson officiating.
Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
