Betty Sue Sutton Lyttle, 77, won her reward in Heaven on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

She was a longtime member of Shiner Church of Christ where she lovingly and devotedly served all who walked in the doors.

She was born in Whitley County August 4, 1939 to Howard and Retha Sutton, the oldest of five girls. She graduated from Woodbine High School.

After marrying Ralph Lyttle on July 27, 1958, she was a mother and homemaker. She also worked at Baptist Hospital in medical records and at JDon’s Clothing in Williamsburg. She was the owner of Lyttle’s Clothing in Williamsburg for many years.

She loved to cook and host gatherings and she loved being a mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Rena Jo Denny.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph Lyttle of Williamsburg; two daughters, Julia (Darryl) Suddath of Franklin, TN, and Jill (Mike) Lewis of Williamsburg; one son, Randy (Crystal) Lyttle of Corbin; three sisters, Frankie Coffey of Williamsburg, Patricia (Roy) Connatser of Williamsburg, Edna (Wayne) Whitus of Corbin; five granddaughters, Megan (Chilton) Jones, Molly Lewis, Lauren Suddath, Olivia Suddath, Presley Lyttle; a brother-in-law, Raymond (Judy) Lyttle of Clinton, MI; several nieces and nephews and many other friends and extended family who will all miss her greatly.

Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Thursday at Shiner Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Shiner Church of Christ with Mike Anderson officiating.

Burial will follow at the Sutton-Pemberton Cemetery.
