Corbin woman cleared by grand jury after killing husband

A Whitley County Grand Jury has opted not to indict a Corbin woman, who fatally shot her husband during an Oct. 13 incident.

The grand jury returned no true bill or no indictment against Iulia Pataki for reckless homicide Monday, according to the grand jury’s monthly report.
