David Wilson Costa, Jr., 45 of Chicago, IL passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016 at his home. He was born July 21, 1971 in Chicago.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mayford and Mary England, and Joe and Alba Costa; great uncles, Claude England and Carroll England; great aunt, Audra Dilbeck.
He is survived by his parents, David and Patricia England Costa; brother, James Costa and wife Kinga; nephew, Leon Costa; sister, Janet-Alba Woodard and husband Bob; uncle, James England, and a host of friends and family to mourn his passing.
The funeral was held Saturday, December 24, 2016 at the Lick Creek Holiness Church (Lafollette, TN) with Rev. Hansford Bolton officiating. Burial was in the Davis Cemetery
Harp Funeral Home of Jellico in charge of arrangements.
