Amy Rook Hackler

Amy Rook Hackler, 38, of Caryville, TN passed away Wednesday December 21, 2016 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington.

She is survived by her husband Tim Hackler.

Funeral services were held December 26, at the Llewellyn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Lay officiating.

Interment was Tuesday December 27, in the Douglas Cemetery at Wooldridge, TN.
