Sex abuse charge dismissed, kidnapping and robbery charges lessened for W’burg couple

A sex abuse charge was dismissed and kidnapping and robbery charges were amended for a Williamsburg husband and wife following a preliminary hearing Monday morning in Whitley District Court.
