Jody White, 69, of Lucy Lay Hollow, Williamsburg, departed this life on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at his home.

He was born on May 15, 1948 in Whitley County, to the late Coy Henry White and Dessie Mae (Crawford) White. Jody attended Wolf Creek Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Fay (Mullis) White of Williamsburg; seven children, Tim White (Penny) of Williamsburg, J.C. White of Williamsburg, Rebecca Eaton (Lynn) of Corbin, Kim McFarland (Kenny) of Williamsburg, Theresa White (Steve Cox) of Chatsworth, GA, Anthony White of Williamsburg and Daniel Parks of Williamsburg; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 8, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenny Carr, Rev. Tony Lawson and Deacon Daniel Bowman officiating.

Following the service he will be laid to rest the Reed Cemetery.
