Wesley Robert Fortney, 45, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at the University of Kentucky Hospital.

He was the husband of Rhonda Fortney.

A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, May 11, at Central Baptist Church.

Hart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
