Mayor Razmus says city must have ‘zero tolerance’ for loose dogs

Corbin Mayor Suzie Razmus said the city’s ordinance regarding dogs must be more stringently enforced following an incident in which a Corbin High School student was attacked by multiple neighborhood dogs on 23rd Street.
