Arlis Gene Moses

Arlis Gene Moses, age 87, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Friday, August 19, 2022 at his home. He was born June 5, 1935 in Whitley County, KY to the late Elijah and Nellie Croley Moses.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Darrell Gene Moses; siblings, Hazel, Harvey, Ola, Rovenna, Jeannette, George, Emma, and Christine. Arlis Gene was the youngest of nine children.
He is survived by his wife, Lorene Moses of Williamsburg, KY; daughter, Sue Moses of Sidney, OH, son, Johnny Moses (Pam) of Williamsburg, KY; daughter-in-law, Carol Moses of Williamsburg, KY; four grandchildren, Brenda Moses (Vancil) of Williamsburg, KY, Stephanie Skidmore of Williamsburg, KY, Matthew Moses (Emily) of Milan, IN, and Connie Kissell (Matthew) of Osgood, IN; and a host of great-grandchildren; special friend and caregiver, Emiley Bargo of Williamsburg, KY; several nieces, and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 23, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Moses and Rev. Marion Cook officiating.
Interment will be in Thomas Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM on Monday, August 22, at the funeral home.
