Frances Noe, 77, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022. She was the wife of Alry Noe. Funeral service was Friday, October 7 in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in the Pine Hill Cemetery. Hart Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
