Cloyd Edwin Webb, age 78, of Rockholds, Kentucky, departed this life on April 17, 2023 at his home surrounded by family.
Cloyd was born on November 13, 1944 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Cloyd Webb and Eva (Griffith) Webb. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cloyd and Eva (Griffith) Webb; wife, Donna (Veach) Webb; and sisters, Sue Carnell and Joan.
Cloyd was a veteran of the US Army for over 20 years and served in Vietnam and Desert Storm. He was a member and deacon of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
Cloyd is survived by his children, Cloyd Edwin Webb, II (Sara) of Taylor Mill, Kentucky, Brian Albert Webb of Oxford, Ohio, and Carolyn Sue Webb of Rockholds, Kentucky; grandchildren, Jorda Webb (Merceds), Caitlin Webb, Dylan Joseph Webb, Emily Harville, Abigail Grace Webb, and Isabella Faith Webb; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Webb, Jasper Webb, and Zayne Webb; sister, Jean Moses of Williamsburg, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews and host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
He will be laid to rest in the Lawson Cemetery on Flat Creek. Military Honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post #88 of Corbin, Kentucky.
