Friday Night Scores/Highlights – 11/7

 On Friday night, November 7, the Williamsburg Yellow Jackets extended their win streak to 11 games in a row by shutting out Jenkins at home 69-0. Next week the Jackets will host Harlan (5-5) in the second round of the Class A state championship playoffs. The Green Dragons defeated Berea 48-14 to advance.

Also in Class A, the Lynn Camp Wildcats went on the road and suffered a season ending loss to Hazard. The Cats fell 49-0, and end the 2014 season with an overall record of 2-9.

In Class 3A action, the Corbin Redhounds defeated LaRue County 42-13 to earn their tenth win a row. Next week the Hounds will be back at home against Wayne County (5-6), who defeated Elizabethtown 33-27 to advance.

And finally, in Class 5A, the Whitley County Colonels fell at home to the North Laurel Jaguars 48-34, ending their season with a 4-7 record.
