Adult store in Gray robbed at gunpoint

Clothing left behind by the robber was recovered by state police Wednesday.

Kentucky State Police are investigating an armed robbery at Dream World Adult Store that occurred Wednesday afternoon.

According to KSP Public Affairs Officer Trooper Shane Jacobs, the robber came into the store on U.S. 25E in Gray about 2:20 p.m., pointed a pistol at the clerk and demanded cash, incense and potpourri.

Based on video surveillance and a description from the clerk, the robber is a white man in his mid 20’s. He was wearing a flannel hooded jacket, jeans and white socks over his hands. He covered his face with a white mask and dark sunglasses.
The pistol appeared to be black and stainless steel.

Police say the robber left the scene on foot. No vehicle was noticed during the crime. The jacket, mask and socks used in the robbery were found a short time later near the store.
