Amanda Kay Sparks Hayes, 31, of McKay Circle, Williamsburg, departed this life on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Baptist Health in Corbin.
She was born on January 4, 1985 in Logan, WV to Bill Sparks and Kim (Bush) Sparks.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bobby Sparks and Jane Dingess.
She was a member of Jellico Tabernacle Church.
She is survived by her husband, Scott Hayes of Williamsburg; parents, Bill and Kim Sparks of Dingess, WV; three children, Blake Lucas, Levi Hays and Makenna Hays of Williamsburg; sister, Jessica Sparks of Omar, WV; brother, Joey Sparks of Dingess, WV; grandparents, Paul and Karen Bush of Verdunville, WV; grandmother, Leona Sparks of Dingess, WV; two nieces, Livia Perry and Keelyn Perry; father and mother-in-law, Ray and Carolyn George; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
The funeral service was held Monday, October 3, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Landes officiating.
She was laid to rest in the Sparks and Workman Cemetery in Dingess, WV following funeral services in Dingess, WV.
